On the 27th<\/sup> of August Evgeniya Leonidovna Nikitenko, a Candidate of Historical Sciences, an Assistant Professor of the Institute of Classical East and Antiquity of the National Research University \u201cThe High School of Economics\u201d, delivered a lecture entitled \u201cA Poet and a Governor: Persian court qasydah at the era when poetry had its influence\u201d. In her report she spoke on the emergence of a form of Persian poetry under the title of Qasydah, as well as on the role of court poets in the formation of governor\u2019s image. She also covered the phenomenon of influencers of that era.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event was organized and held in the framework of collaboration between Ibn Sina Foundation and Nekrasov Library.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
