On the 1 October 2024 the lecture \u201cGod and Man in the Quran: terms of communication\u201d was held at the State Museum of the History of Religion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the final lecture of the cycle of lectures delivered at the exhibition \u201cImages and Fabulas in the Russian and Western European Graphics from the Collection of Imams Ageev-Shamsutdinov\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lecture was delivered by Vladimir Rozov, a candidate of philological sciences, an assistant professor at the Oriental faculty of the Saint Petersburg State University, a participant of the project \u201cThe Scientific Laboratory of Analysing and Modeling Social Processes\u201d of the Saint Petersburg State University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Muslims believe that the Quran is the direct speech of the God addressed to a man. This \u201cdialogue\u201d forms a vertical between human and Divine. What name does the Quran give to these relations? Are there any differences between prayers? How does the Quran describe seeking help and worship addressed to the God? The lecture covered all these issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lecture was held in the framework of collaboration between Ibn Sina Foundation and the State Museum of the History of Religion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
