On the 28 of October 2024 Ibn Sina Foundation and the European University in Saint Petersburg held the lecture \u201c\u2018Our Zhikr Will Change the Whole World\u2019. The Rise and Fall of the Sufi Temples of the Sulaymaniyya Brotherhood in the Golden Horde Khorezm.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bahtiyar Maraimavich Babajanov who is a Doctor of historical sciences and the senior research scholar of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan delivered this lecture. He spoke on the Sulaimaniyya Brotherhood, practices of Sufism and agiographies as the source of information about Sufi brotherhoods in Khorezm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lecture was delivered in the framework of the cycle \u201cThe diversity of schools in the contemporary Sufi studies\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
