O<\/em>n the 20-21 of November Ibn Sina Foundation took part in the section “Islamic Studies and Religious Dialogue” that was held in the framework of the XXIII International Scientific Theological Conference “Theology and Secular Sciences: Traditional and New Relations”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The President of Ibn Sina Foundation Hamid Hadavimoghaddam pronounced a welcome speech, and the scientific director of the Foundation Andrei Alexandrovich Lukashev held a presentation of Foundation’s “Christian” projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The important event of the conference became a presentation of the critical edition of the work \u00abThe Comparison between the Muslim Teaching on Divine Names and its Christian Understanding\u00bb by G.S. Sablukov held by book\u2019s editor Faris Osmanovich Nofal. The report on translations of the Holy Quran into Russian by the chief of the Laboratory “The International Centre of Islamic Studies” of the Museum of Anthropology and Ethnography (Kunstkamera) of the Russian Academy of Sciences Efim Anatolievich Rezwan also was delivered with the assistance of Ibn Sina Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
