The second issue of the book by Amir Sadeghi Neshat \u201cThe Constitutional System of the Islamic Republic of Iran\u201d was published recently.<\/p>\n
In his work the author briefly describes the fundamental principles of the Islamic governance based on the concept of \u201cwilayat al-faqih\u201d. As well, Mr. Sadeghi Neshat thoroughly explains the main elements of the constitutional system of the Islamic Republic of Iran and clearly demonstrates that it is the state ruled by the law, where separation of powers does exist, and the main institutes of a representative and competitive democracy are present. Meanwhile, he shows its unique nature and difference from other modern political systems.<\/p>\n
The book is prepared and issued by \u201cSadra\u201d Publishing House with the assistance of Ibn Sina Foundation and the Cultural Representative Office at the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n
