“Ishraq” was included into the “White List” of scientific journals<\/a> compelled by the Interdepartmental Working Council under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n

The unified “White List”‘is designated to become a list of significant scientific academic peer-reviewed journals thus replacing other periodicals. From the beginning “Ishraq” was granted the second cathegory. It means that it has been recognized by scientific community.<\/p>\n

\"\"The Islamic Philosophy Journal “Ishraq” is a joint project<\/a> of Ibn Sina Foundation, the Institute of Philosophy and the Iranian Institute of Philosophy. The journal has been issued since 2023. Unlike the previous ten volume yearbook periodical “Ishraq” that had been published under the guide of the prematurely deceived Islamic studies scholar Yanis Eshots who passed away in 2021, the journal “Ishraq” started to be issued in a soft coverage twice a year as an official periodical. Its Editor in Chief is A.V. Smirnov (the Institute of Philosophy of the Russian Academy of Sciences), its production editor is Vs.V. Zolotoukhin (the National Research University “The Higher School of Economics”), and vice Chief editors are A.A. Lukashev and F.O.
