Theology\u201d by Ibn Sina (Avicenna, about 980-1037) has been translated from Arabic and published with the commentaries and the afterword of Tawfiq Ibrahim, the doctor of philosophy, the professor and the main researcher of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">This is the first time when the full translation of the chapter on metaphysical theology from the encyclopedia \u201cHealing\u201d by Ibn Sina, the main philosopher of the classical Islam and the most influential thinkers in history, has been published in Russian. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">The first volume includes the translation of the work \u201cTheology\u201d with commentaries. The second volume consists of three appendixes: the translation of the part \u201cPsychology\u201d, the compendium of the relevant parts on logics and natural philosophy and the research essay on Avicenna\u2019s version of metaphysics. The translation of the part \u201cPsychology\u201d and 1-2 parts of the Compendium are prepared in co-authorship with the candidate of philosophical sciences, the senior researcher of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences N.V. Efremova.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">The two-volume work \u201cHealing. Theology\u201d is published with the help of Ibn Sina Foundation and the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The two-volume book \u201cHealing.
