Khismatulin is a senior researcher at the Institute of Oriental Manuscripts of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Ph.D. in History, and a long-time friend and partner of the Ibn Sina Foundation. The Ibn Sina Foundation has published and supported two of his works, &#8220;Siyasat-nama \/ Siyar al-Muluk&#8221; (&#8220;The Book of Government\u201d\/\u201dThe Lives of Kings&#8221;) and &#8220;The Works of Imam al-Ghazali\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">&#8220;Siyasat-nama\/Siyar al-Mul\u016bk (The Book of Government\u201d\/\u201dThe Lives of Kings&#8221;) is a classic text known to every Iranian scholar. This book is devoted to the traditions of government, statehood, and the ethics of kings. The author conducted his research to distinguish betwee\u0442 the original texts and the compiled fake texts attributed to Nizam al-Mulk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">&#8220;The Works of Imam al-Ghazali&#8221; is another book that also deals with the manuscripts \u2014 both original and fake \u2014 attributed to Muhammad al-Ghazali.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The purpose of these two works is to present valuable Islamic and Persian manuscripts to the Russian-speaking audience and to separate the fake and original texts, which was done skillfully by A. Khismatulin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The Ibn Sina Foundation congratulates A.A. Khismatulin on his victory in the Farabi International Festival.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\"><em>Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the 12th Farabi International Festival on the Humanities and Islamic Studies was held both offline and online, according to IRNA News Agency. A total of 4,458 Iranian and 281 foreign works were submitted for the competition.
