Mais Dzhangirovich was our reliable partner and sincere friend for many years. He was the mind behind the \u201cThe Unity Of Beauty\u201d book series and the editor of the first volume of this series. He was the editor of our album \u201cIranian Calligraphy &#8230;\u201d, he delivered lectures and speeches at events organized with the participation of the Ibn Sina Foundation. He graced the screening of the film \u201cDot\u201d, and conversations with him always enriched us with knowledge of Islamic art. He will be missed.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><em><span lang=\"EN-US\">On behalf of the Ibn Sina Foundation, I express my sincere condolences to all the relatives and friends of Mais Dzhangirovich.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\"><em>\u201cVerily, to Allah we belong, and to Him is our return\u201d.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><em><span lang=\"EN-US\">Hamid Hadawi<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\"><em><strong>Photo:<\/strong> M.J.
