The Ibn Sina Foundation\u2019s projects were presented on 27 June 2019 within the framework of the international workshop \u201cAcademic Islamic Studies in the Russian Federation: current state and prospects\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

A.Lukashev, the Foundation\u2019s representative, familiarized the workshop participants with different dimensions of the Foundation\u2019s activities and its latest editions and donated several books to the RAS Institute of Oriental Manuscripts. A. Lukashev also presented the projects of the digital encyclopaedic dictionary \u201cIslamology\u201d, which is being formed on the basis of encyclopaedic dictionaries issued under the editorship of the S.M.Prozorov, as well as a collection of books on Islamic studies that were made available on the RAS Institute of Philosophy\u2019s library website with the support of the Foundation.<\/span><\/p>\n

The international workshop \u201cAcademic Islamic Studies in the Russian Federation: current state and prospects\u201d was organized with the support of the\u00a0 Research Centre For Islamic History, Art and Culture (IRCICA). The first session took place on 27 June 2019 in Saint Petersburg. The speakers included such academicians as I.F. Popova, H. Eren, M.B. Piotrovskiy, S.M. Prozorov, L.R. Syukiyaynen, A.K. Muminov, V.O. Bobrovnkov, D.A. Shagaviyev, A.A. Lukashev, Sh.Sh. Shikhaliyev, I.R. Nasyrov, P.V. Basharin, M.G. Shekhmagomedov, V.A. Drozdov.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
