Last Sunday, on 11th September, the Moscow International Book Fair came to its end. Over 5 days it brought together about 400 publishers and endless number of visitors and readers. The exhibition featured different academic, educational, religious and children\u2019s books.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

The Islamic Culture Research Foundation and the Sadra publishing house were located at the booth A34. Over 100 books, including 12 new ones, were presented: \u201cPersia: the history of undiscovered land\u201d by A.B. Gromov and S.N. Tabai (\u201cTraces of times\u201d series), \u201cThe last Salar\u201d by M.K. Mazinani (\u201cIranian bestseller\u201d series), collection of articles \u201cFeminology issues\u201d (\u201cReligion in the modern world\u201d series), \u201cTreatise on calligraphers and artists\u201d by Kazi Ahmad b. Husain Al-Husaini Kumi (\u201cClassics of Oriental studies\u201d series), fantastic sketches \u201cSigns of the Future\u201d by a number of authors, three books of \u201cThe modern philosophical discourse\u201d series \u2014 \u201cIslamic civilization. Past and Present\u201d, \u201cIslamophobia\u201d, \u201cModern Iranian Culture\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Apart from that, the Sadra publishing house with the support of the Islamic Culture Research Foundation launched the first series of the children\u2019s books \u2014 \u201cPersian tales\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

The exhibition visitors could look through and buy two tales from the \u201cShahnameh series\u201d \u2014 \u201cThe first king in the world\u201d and \u201cRustam and Suhrab\u201d (for children aged 12+), and two tales from the \u201cShekarestan\u201d series \u2014 \u201cWhite Ear, Black Tail and others\u201d and \u201cUncle Nawruz and forty thieves\u201d (for children aged 6+).<\/span><\/p>\n

On Saturday a famous singer and actress, Lyubov Kazarnovskaya, visited the booth of the Islamic Culture Research Foundation and the Sadra publishing house. Besides, head of the general directorate of international book exhibitions and fairs, organizer of the MIBF 2016, Sergei Kaykin, director of the Biblioglobus trading house Boris Esenkin, deputy Ambassador of Iran Ahmad Heidariyan, director of the Kazakhstan National Library Zhanat Seydumanov also visited the booth. Archimandrite Dionisiy Shlenov also came to buy a few books on Islamic culture.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The 10th September was announced the day of Iran at the MIBF 2016. Therefore, the Islamic Culture Research Foundation and the Sadra publishing house presented the books devoted to Iran, namely \u201cPersia: the history of undiscovered land\u201d by A.B. Gromov and S.N. Tabai and \u201cIran: country and people\u201d by A. Hatami.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It should be mentioned that the books of the Islamic Culture Research Foundation and the Sadra publishing house were in great demand, especially the books related to education and family in Islam, Islamic arts, Islamic philosophy, as well as novels of contemporary Iranian writers and children\u2019s books.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
