A visit of the head of the Expert Council under the Patriarch of Moscow and all Russia specializing on developing relations with Islamic world was organized with the assistance of Ibn Sina Foundation. The hieromonk Grigoriy Matrusov arrived to Mashhad in the framework of the program of the Fifth World Congress of Imam Reza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Fifth World Congress of Imam Reza took place on the 13-14th<\/sup> of May 2024 was held in the Iranian city Mashhad. It was organized with the help of the Tehran University and was dedicated to \u201cCivilizational Thought of Imam Reza: Justice for Everybody, Injustice for Nobody\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Religious figures of Iran and research scholars from 35 countries including representatives of the Orthodox and the Catholic Church took part in the Congress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Opening Ceremony of the Congress was held by the Supreme Leader of Iran Imam Seyyid Ali Khamenei on the 13th<\/sup> of May. The martyred President of the Islamic Republic of Iran State of Iran Seyyid Ibrahim Raisi spoke at the Closing Ceremony on the 14th<\/sup> of May.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
