From May 10 to 14 the Foundation scientific director Andrey Lukashev delivered several lectures at universities in Tehran and Qom, among them the Tehran Institute of Philosophy, the Institute of Islamic Culture and Art (Tehran), the Institute of Islamic Science and Culture (Qom), the Qom University and the Faculty of Philosophy of the Pedagogical University (Tehran).
Andrey Lukashev spoke on the history of philosophical oriental studies and the cooperation between Ibn Sina Foundation and Russian scholars who are specialists in the area of Islamic studies. He also discussed the possibility of joint projects with the representatives of the mentioned universities.
