“Sadra” Publishing House participated in the Red Square Book Festival for the 10th time with the assistance of Ibn Sina Foundation. The Festival took place in the centre of Moscow from June 4 to 7, 2025.
The stand of “Sadra” was situated in the area of non/fiction and presented a wide range of books, including newly published and those that are not available at book shops. Like in the previous year, the following books attracted a special attention: the tourist guide “Touristic Iran”, the book “Iran. From Cyrus the Great to Ayatollah Khomeini” by A.B. Gromov and the two volume work “Healing. Theology” by Ibn Sina.
That was the first time when “Sadra” Publishing House presented the newly issued Calendar-2026 under the title of “Iran. UNESCO World Heritage Sites”. The Calendar immediately became among the top sellers.
As a part of the Festival, an award ceremony was held based on the results of the Association of Book Publishers of Russia competition “The Best Books of the Year”. The book “Touristic Iran” was awarded with a special diploma in the nomination of “Books Contributing into National Cultures Dialogue” by the State Oriental Museum.
“Sadra” and Ibn Sina Foundation also participated in the action “Give a Book to a Child as a Gift” held by the Russian State Children Library and granted books from the “Shakhnameh” to Kursk region library and hospitals of Kursk and Belgorod regions.
