Abstract
The Holy Quran poses an absolute authority for all Muslim regardless of their school of thought or law (madhhab). Therefore this edition of the Quran has a special importance for Russian Muslims. In this book the Arabic text is divided into 365 pages for everyday reading and is printed by a font elaborated by the calligraphist of Syrian origin Uthman Taha. This edition of the Holy Quran has been published in Russia for the first time and is provided by a parallel meanings translation prepared by the specialists from Ibn Sina Foundation.
