The first collection of articles based on the materials of the International conference that had been held in Iran on 15-16 October 2025 was published in Canada with the assistance of Ibn Sina Foundation. It was issued in the electronic form under the title of “Alike in Creation. A Comparative Study of the Rights of the Religious Other in Islam, Christianity, Hinduism & Buddhism”. Now it is going to be published as a book.
The collection is compiled in English and is dedicated to study of gentiles’ rights in Islam, Christianity, Buddhism and Hinduism. It includes research works made by scholars and public figures from all over the world, among them articles by Russian scholars who took part in the mentioned Iranian conference with the assistance of Ibn Sina Foundation. Thus, the research work accomplished by the Assistant Professor of the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies of the Orthodox Saint Tikhon Humanitarian University and M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University I.S. Vevyurko is dedicated to ethical foundation of the attitude to non-Christians in the Ancient Russia. In his article the Head of the Department of Islamic Studies of the Kazan Orthodox Spiritual Seminary V.N. Rogatin analyzes the current state of the Christian-Muslim dialogue in the Russian Orthodox Church.
