On July 1, 2026, the President of Ibn Sina Foundation Hamid Hadavimoghaddam met the Vice Executive Director of “Russia – Islamic World” Foundation Elmira Lenarovna Sadyqova. The sides discussed opportunities for cooperation and elaborated a preliminary plan of joint activities. The Scientific Director of Ibn Sina Foundation Andrey Alexandrovich Lukashev was also present at the meeting.
Sadyqova Elmira Lenarovna is a Doctor of Political Sciences, the Vice Executive Director of the Foundation for Encouraging Strategic Dialogue and Partnership with the Islamic World (“Russia – Islamic World” Foundation), the Chief of the Religious Dialogue Center, a university teacher at the Department of Humanitarian and Religious Disciplines of the Bulgarian Islamic Academy.
