Ibn Sina Foundation and “Sadra” Publishing House took part in the Spring International Intellectual Literature Non/fiction№VESNA Book Fair. The event was held in Moscow from 9 to 12 April 2026 at Gostiny Dvor (Ilyinka, 4).


The Foundation and “Sadra” presented their new books to readers at the stand B-21. Particularly, this newly published literature included the following books:
- “From Chronicles to Historiography: Historical Works of Muslims of Russia from the Late 19th – the First Half oh the 20th Century” (the Responsible Editor: V.O. Bobrovnikov).
- “The Dictionary of Rare and Polysemantic Words in the Qur’an” (A.A. Magomedov and others).
- “A Human Being from the Islamic Perspective” (A. Vaezi).
- “Soul Without Limits” (translated from Persian by A.P. Andryishkin).
- “Instructions for Those Coinfused about Answers to Jews and Christians” (Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah)
- “The Path of the Heart to Comprehending the Lord” (Ibrahim al-Qabasi) etc.
On Friday April 10 two presentations were held at the B-21 stand of Ibn Sina Foundation and “Sadra” Publishing House.
This, at 12.00 Candidate of Historical Sciences, the Senior Research Scholar, the Heed of the Center for Central Asia, Caucasus and Ural-Volga Region V.O. Bobrovnikov told about his work on the collective monograph “From Chronicles to Historiography: Historical Works of Muslims of Russia from the Late 19th – the First Half oh the 20th Century”, its scientific value and novelty.
At 14.00 the presentation of the new books from the series “Dialogue” also took place at the stand. F.O. Nofal, who is a research scholar at the Department of the Islamic World Philosophy of the Institute of Philosophy of the Russian Academy of Sciences, presented two of his works: “Instructions for Those Coinfused about Answers to Jews and Christians” by Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah and “The Path of the Heart to Comprehending the Lord” Ibrahim al-Qabasi.



The works on Iran and Sufism turned to be the most popular among readers – namely, the collection of the contemporary Iranian prose “Soul Without Limits” (translated from Persian by A.P. Andryushkin), “Persia-Iran: the XXth Century” by A.B. Gromov and “The World of Islamic Mysticism” by A. Schimmel.



Two books published by Ibn Sina Foundation were included into the top list of Non/fiction№ VESNA Book Fair 2026: “From Chronicles to Historiography: Historical Works of Muslims of Russia from the Late 19th – the First Half oh the 20th Century” (edited by V.O. Bobrovnikov) and the mentioned collection “Soul Without Limits”.
Many of our regular readers and Orient lovers visited the stand of the Foundation and “Sadra” Publishing House. Some respected VIP guests also visited the stand: the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Russian Federation Kazem Jalali, the Head of the Cultural Representative Office of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Moscow Masoud Ahmadvand, and the President of Omar Khayyam Cultural and Literary Association Oleg Venedictovich Akulinichev.
