On July 2, 2026, Ibn Sina Foundation and the Institute of Linguistics of the Russian Academy of Sciences signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. Both sides plan to develop joint projects in the area of science and education, including international partnership with Iranian centers.
The Director of the Institute of Linguistics of the RAS, the Corresponding Member of the RAS Andrey Alexndrovich Kubrick; the Director of “Yazykoznanie” (“Linguistics”) Publishing House Maria Viktorovna Koroleva; the Senior Research Scholar Yulia Viktorovna Mazurova and the ethnographist Svyatoslav Igorevich Kaverin were present at the meeting on behalf of the Institute of Linguistics. The President of Ibn Sina Foundation Hamid Hadavimoghaddam, the Vice President Seyyid Nasser Tabaei, the Scientific Director Andrey Alexandrovich Lukashev and the Chief of It service Morteza Hadavimoghaddam participated in the meeting on behalf of the Foundation.
The sides presented the most important of their activities to each other. The representatives of the Foundation expressed a special interest in encyclopedic works published by the Institute and invited its scholars to cooperation in the most of areas.
